Industrial settings encompass many high risk factors and multiple fire hazards. These factors include, but are not limited to, building design and materials, hard working machinary, on site chemicals, flammable materials, electrical hazards, hot work, combustible dust…factors that can work alone or in combination to produce a fire danger for industry. The fire suppression systems and emergency response must be suitable to the threat. So which firefighting foam is right?
There’s also the issue of fixed stationary systems and mobile systems (trucks, pickups equipped with CAFS, etc) to consider. The foam chosen must be suitable to the system and the risks posed. Our range of VS Focum Firefighting foams has a solution for your particular industrial scenario. We can advise you on what will provide the best protection for your assets and the lives of your team.
