How the SMZ 25 Works
The Sonmez SMZ 25 uses a multi-chamber inflatable design to create a controlled landing area during emergency rescue operations.
When a person lands on the cushion, the structure temporarily deforms and air is managed within the chambers to absorb impact forces. The SMZ 25 incorporates an automatic air-blocking system that closes the opening between chambers when activated during a landing event. This design helps absorb the kinetic energy generated during impact and assists in reducing rebound.
Following use, the cushion automatically returns to its operational shape, allowing rapid preparation for the next rescue cycle.
