One Seven OSP-24i Proportioner
The One Seven OSP-24i is a high-performance foam proportioning system designed for reliable and accurate mixing of foam concentrate and water in firefighting applications. Powered by an electric brushless motor, the OSP-24i automatically meters foam concentrate based on preset proportioning rates and real-time water flow measurements.
Advanced sensor technology continuously monitors delivery volumes, detecting and correcting deviations caused by viscosity changes or temperature fluctuations. This ensures optimum proportioning accuracy at all times, without the need for manual adjustment or calibration.
The unit features a colour display for intuitive operation and live monitoring of system data. For additional reliability, essential emergency programs can be activated instantly at the push of a button.
With a flow rate capacity of up to 24 litres per minute and an integrated plunger pump suitable for all firefighting foams up to 500 mPa-s viscosity, the One Seven OSP-24i is built for flexibility in demanding conditions. Optional accessories such as tank filling pumps, tank level indicators, and changeover valves for multiple foam tanks enable operators to adapt quickly to changing requirements on the fireground.
