AWG Inductor L Z2-65

The AWG L series foam eductor uses the Venturi principle to induct foam concentrate or other liquid fire suppressant additives directly into the waterway – no external power, pump, or moving parts required. Water flowing through the eductor creates a pressure differential that draws concentrate from a container via the 25mm Storz pickup tube inlet, mixing it into the flow at a consistent, operator-selected ratio.

The Z2-65 model is designed around Storz 65 connections at both inlet and outlet, making it directly compatible with standard 65mm firefighting hose lines. The proportioning rate is adjustable from 1% to 6%, covering the full range of commonly used foam concentrate types including Class A, AFFF, and fluorine-free (F3) formulations at their respective application rates.

At just 2.4 kg, the L series is notably lighter than comparable eductors in its flow class, light enough that no carrying handle is needed, and easy to integrate into a hose lay without adding significant weight or bulk. Despite its compact dimensions (355 × 140 × 152 mm), it handles flow rates up to 200 L/min at the reference pressure of 5 bar, with a maximum permissible operating pressure of 16 bar.

Constructed with aluminium alloy couplings and manufactured to DIN 14384, the Z2-65 meets the requirements for firefighting equipment used by professional brigades and industrial fire teams across Europe and Australia. The 25mm Storz foam pickup tube connection is integrated into the body.
