Portable Foam Making Branchpipe Trolley Kit
Many facilities already have fire hose reels installed but lack a dedicated foam capability. This portable foam making branchpipe kit bridges that gap, converting an existing hose reel connection into a complete, mobile foam application unit in minutes, with no permanent installation required.
The kit is built around a foam making branchpipe rated at 30–35 LPM at 220–335 kPa, paired with a foam eductor pre-set to a 3% induction ratio. An on/off water control valve gives the operator clean flow management, and a dedicated pickup tube draws concentrate directly from the container on the trolley, keeping the entire unit self-contained and fast to set up.
The TF20 trolley is designed specifically to carry 20L or 25L foam pails alongside the associated equipment, keeping everything together and ready for rapid deployment. This kit is well suited to warehouses, industrial facilities, fuel storage areas, and rural or remote sites where fixed foam systems aren’t practical.
Compatible with Class A and Class B foam concentrates, including fluorine-free formulations. Available as a complete kit or with the TF20 trolley and foam branchpipe purchasable separately to supplement existing equipment.
