Super Vac’s Aircraft Brake Cooling Fan
Industrial fan designed to cool aircraft brakes. Brakes perform better when they are cooler, especially when they are required for a rejected takeoff. Hot brakes are also a fire hazard.
This Aircraft Brake Cooling Fan by Super Vac is a specialised unit designed to pull air over the brakes of passenger jets and commercial airliners to help reduce turn-around time. The fan’s special seal contacts the wheel of the plane, while a precision formed impeller pulls cool air through the wheel assembly to cool the braking system uniformly.
Super Vac’s Aircraft Brake Cooling Fan is available in a fixed height to match either the A320, A380 or B787 (or other custom heights). This aircraft brake fan is also available with an optional lift to span all of the above aircraft and many others.
